Refund Policy

At Team Mallu, our Startup Services aim to support aspiring entrepreneurs across Kerala with expert guidance, mentorship, and tailored startup solutions. We are dedicated to providing high‑quality support and transparent service terms.
1. Applicability
This policy applies solely to the services booked or purchased through the Startup Services section of Team Mallu’s website (teammallu.com/startup). It includes services like mentorship, business plan consultations, incorporation support, or startup training programs.
2. Cancellation Terms
2.1 Cancellation Before Service Commencement
Full refund is available if cancellation is requested within 3 business days of enrollment and before any coaching, consultation, or onboarding has begun.Cancellations after 3 business days but before service initiation may incur a 10% administrative fee.
2.2 Cancellation Once Services Have Begun
If work or sessions have already commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of service completed.
No refund will be issued for services that have been fully delivered, including any training, coaching sessions, or strategic planning deliverables.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered as promised or agreed.
A billing or technical error resulted in double payment or incorrect processing.
The service offer was materially different than what was described and agreed upon.
3.2 Non‑Refundable Circumstances
Completed services, already-delivered training modules, strategic documents, or digital resources are non-refundable.
Promotional offers or discounts provided at the time of enrollment are non-refundable unless linked to clear non-performance on our part.
3.3 Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for enrollment.

5. Dispute Resolution
